my recent stay in nice was amazing, and city residence made it even better. spacious apartments, comfortable beds, strong wifi, and easy access to shops. the staff was polite and helpful, and the building was very quiet. will definitely book again next year!

For the price we paid, City Residence was an excellent value. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a supermarket right next door. The staff was helpful and allowed us to check in early.

The apartments at City Residence Nice are spacious, clean, and perfect for remote workers. The strong WiFi and availability of shops make it convenient for work. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is a safe place to park the car. The building is extremely quiet, perfect for light sleepers. The administrator on reception is polite and helpful, providing all necessary information.
